A lovely home with a view to the Zambezi River and beyond. Perfect self-catering facility. Can easily accommodate two families. Full catering can be offered. Swimming pool. Wifi. Close to Vic Falls town. Transfers from airport available. Sonny and Plaxides are your daily hostesses and as excellent cooks they can help you with your catering. Bruce & Clive from Vic Falls Homestay can assist with any questions you may have about what to do whilst staying in the Falls.
On walking through the front door the first thing that will greet you is a beautiful panoramic view. The indoor and outdoor living area is spacious and inviting. The swimming pool area is part of the veranda entertainment area. Eating and socializing can organically flow both inside and outside. Large kitchen. Friendly staff. Modern bathrooms.
Guests book the entire home. So they have access to all rooms, swimming pool area and the garden.
Guests can interact with a Mr Bruce Wilkes and/or a Mr Clive Wakefield. They are Vic Falls residents and can assist with activity bookings, transfers etc. Guests will be met by them either upon arrival or on the same day as arrival. Upon arrival guests are greeted by the friendly and efficient Sonny, Plaxides and Rueben. Sonny and Plaxides are accomplished cooks but their cooking services must be requested in advance.
Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe is a small town. YourVicFallsHome is located in the main residential area. Shaded by the indigenous teak trees. It is safe to walk to and from town during the day. However in the evenings using a taxi is recommended as the ocasional elephant can be strolling down the road.
Getting around is easy. For those that do not have transport - walking is doable. Taxis are easy to call and reasonably priced. Transfers to and from airport are readily available.
