This cottage is perfect for a couple traveling together. The units offers the opportunity for self catering and has all the basic utensils needed for a quick meal. Cottages are located halfway between the mighty Victoria Falls and Livingstone town.
The property is surrounded with electric fencing and security guards. This is where luxury, privacy and the African bush all come together. Baobab Café at United Air Charter premises offers breakfast, light lunches and drinks from 08:00 to 17:00.
Great birding and fishing, make sure to bring your fishing tackle ! Go for a walk/run at the Baobab trail.
The camp is also within walking distance to enjoying helicopter flights over the falls, or just a relaxed drink on the deck while watching the sunset over the Victoria Falls.
Braai (Barbeque) packs are available at the Baobab café which can be barbecued at your cottage in the camp site. Please pre - book these meals as they are made up on request.

Baobab Camp & Cottages is 4km from the Mighty Victoria Falls in Livingstone Zambia and 6km from Victoria falls town, Zimbabwe.
We can arrange transfers for you. Please inform us if there are any transfers needed, these transfers are offered from 8am to 17pm.

Zambia experiences unscheduled power outages occasionally.
The units are equipped with solar lighting and a charger is available for cellphones etc.
If you're planning on a day trip to Chobe National Park, Botswana or Zimbabwe don't forget to ask for the KAZA visa on arrival. This will allow you multiple entries into all 3 countries saving you time and money at the Borders.
